Software Keil Tools.ini Toolchain Not Installed Linux

the arm-gnu-toolchain is missing in my installation of Atmel Studio 7 (Version: 7.0.1006). How can I install it?

It should be located in 'C:Program Files (x86)AtmelStudio7.0toolchainarmarm-gnu-toolchainbinarm-none-eabi-gcc.exe' but the whole arm directory is missing. This is shown in the Output window when trying to build a project.

It tried to download it from here, but after trying I never receive a download link after signing up as a Guest (several email addresses + spam folder checked).

I found a working download link here. Can I now just copy the arm-none-eabi-gcc.exe from this installation to the Atmel Studio folder?
