Application Requirements The Disney Culinary Program occurs year-round, and seasons vary in length for each student and school. The specific program timeframe will be discussed at time of interview. In order to submit an application for the Disney Culinary Program, applicants must meet the following requirements: Be enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in a. The college program is located at both Walt Disney World and the Disneyland Resort. While interning with the Disney College Program you will work in operations, lodging, food, beverage, retail sales, recreation, or entertainment. An IRAP Sponsor is the entity responsible for administering the IRAP, much like a Registered Apprenticeship Program sponsor. IRAP Sponsors are entities such as trade and industry groups, corporations, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, unions, and joint labor-management organizations. My most exciting project was being chosen to work for our Executive Chef for Party for the Senses at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
